The Association meets on the second Wednesday* of every month, with the exception of August. Board meetings begin at 8:00PM and are open to attendance by all owners or their proxy representative.

However, specific homeowner issues will be addressed in closed session which begins at 7:45PM. Specific issues must be brought to the attention of Property Management a minimum of one week prior to the meeting. This will assure that the Board is familiar with the specific issue, as it will be included on the agenda.
Meetings are held at Minnie B. Veal Community Center on 1070 Grove Avenue, across from The Grove.
